Sir Vic did an excellent job and responded promptly to my repair request. I had a condenser pipe leak — he came in, replaced it, and tada! no more leaks! He’s very knowledgeable and even taught me a lot about basic troubleshooting. Highly recommend — 100% satisfied!

Very professional! Vic promptly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. He got my A/C system up and running very quickly, given the situation. He really cares for the customer and gives his all. This is the second time he has repaired my system (different issue) and he is consistent in the quality of service.

Worst experience 4 weeks and couldn’t get the new install to work. Every excuse in the book. Called Trane and they sent another company out to check the install. Was advised that the new unit I paid for had a lot of old parts used. Never again Angi!!!

Vic Raspa (Air Tek LLC) did a great job. He had to reschedule and apologized and called before arriving. He was fun and easy to talk to. I felt like I was taking an HVAC class as he explained his troubleshooting techniques. He worked with me and got my system working properly by replacing my low refrigerant. I will work on trying to locate/repair slow leak (3 years before freezing up)later during the winter. Would recommend him.

Vic Raspa (AirTech) did a fantastic job restoring power to my AC units. He replaced the capacitor on my large unit and replaced the thermostat to my smaller unit. He also thoroughly cleaned both units and added refrigerant. My home is now nice and cool. I highly recommend Vic, and I will be calling him for fall service.

Vic has done three residential HVAC jobs for me recently. He is friendly, fair, and very communicative. Best of all, he is FAST. Whenever I've needed him, he's made sure to come out right away -- that's hard to find in the Memphis heat. He's my new HVAC guy for sure, and I've already been recommending him to others.
