Randall L., Comfort Advisor, came out and gave me a quote for a new system. He was friendly and informative. I let him know what I was wanting and gave me quotes accordingly. Mitch Wright installed my heat pump/condenser almost 10 years ago and has serviced that and my air handler since then. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always get a sense about him that he respects people and treats them with dignity. I’ve been using Mitch Wright for a while now and we just had a brand new HVAC system put in. Dakota came out to fine-tune the system for us and make sure everything was Running smoothly. As always, he always does a great job. Dakota from Mitch Wright came to my house to service my mini split. When he received the notification that there was an issue it was a top priority to ensure the unit was in working order. He performed an assessment of the unit and informed me of the findings, options and costs before moving forward. After the repairs were performed, we reviewed the invoice and he insured I had a copy before he left. I appreciate the consultative approach to the repair and would recommend Dakota to anyone.
