He was courteous, knowledgeable, and walked me through the issue and options The work was completed efficiently and the area was left spotless. It’s rare to find a company this professional and a tech who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Five stars—will definitely use them again and will be asking for Devin. Easy to schedule, accommodated my availability, and showed up early on the estimated time window. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience overall. My only concern is that his opinion was vastly different from the company who did the tune up and felt there was a leak. I hope Mountain's technician is correct! EDIT: I just watched the footage from my carport camera and noticed that the technician only removed the side panel while looking for the leak. Not sure if that's standard but I was also told this would take hours and he was here about 20 minutes. Again, I hope he's right that there's no leak but I'm concerned.

The service we received was amazing. Tai had to troubleshoot several different problems in order to repair our thermostat and he solved all of them. I appreciate his communication regarding when he was on the way and not only his fixing our issues but also how nice he was through the process. Highly recommend!

Mountain Heating & Cooling were out for a HVAC tune-up. Tyler the tech was fast and efficient! He showed me the important info about my furnace. Very personable and professional. (I ran this through my First American Home Warranty so the cost was VERY reasonable, no idea what the actual cost is).

I love this company. They are responsive and knowledgeable. They have done a lot of work helping me with my new house and have explained a lot of things. They have been here to assist with home warranty things and have done such a great job that I use them for maintenance now. Such a trustworthy company. I've used them to service my water heater, air ducts, plumbing and electrical issues. Thank you!

This is my third experience with Mountain Heating and Cooling. The previous two encounters was an electric furnace install and heat-pump install. Both times the company was extremely professional and provided excellent service. This time was for a routine annual service interval. Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating/cooling needs. Thanks again for the installs and service.

My wall unit heating and air conditioning was plugged up so when I had the air conditioner on, it would not drain. Called the office and spoke to a gal who was absolutely wonderful. I don’t remember her name even though I asked for it twice lol anyways a tech came out named Josh. He was awesome. What a great guy. He is a very Good representative for your company, very friendly and figured the problem out and took care of it. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and it is a small business and I’m all for that.
