We are very pleased for choosing Lincoln Heating & Air to replace our ac unit and furnace, the service is outstanding! Excellent communication and great experience with Todd C the estimator. The technician Uriel G and was very polite, clean, knowledgeable and professional, both technicians were amazing (I apologize, I don’t remember the name of the other technician). The office has been amazing. Christie is a great communicator. It is very difficult to find a company that provides excellent service from the office to the technicians, every single interaction was outstanding!

This is the third time we've had Lincoln heating and air install a system in our home in South Reno. They really know what they're doing and have come up with unique ways to make the Mitsubishi mini split systems work for our needs. The way they've set things up we're able to adjust temperatures throughout our house zone by zone. From first contact till the last tail lights everything has been smooth and professional. Communication is excellent and pricing has been more than fair across the board. Also enjoy the follow up service and maintenance as needed.

Houston arrived on time and did a great job diagnosing our problem and explaining the repairs needed. He provided us with photos of the parts that had failed and was able to give us a quote on the spot. He offered advice on keeping our specific HVAC system working as efficiently as possible, but never pressured us to purchase anything additional. The communication and follow up from the office staff was excellent. Repairs were completed the next day. Lincoln definitely has my business for any HVAC issues I may have in the future.

Travler with Lincoln was incredible in helping us with a furnace maintenance that turned into diagnosis and replacement in a new house. He spent significant time at our new place working to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and he even waited for me to get back from work to go into the attic to explain the issues to me. He also helped expedite our new unit install due to us having a newborn in the house. Cannot say enough good things!

Lincoln Heating and Air did a fantastic job for me. They were able to make an appointment for me very quickly, showed up on time, and did great work. Cory, the tech that came out, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me clearly. I’ll be asking for Cory every time in the future! I always have a good experience working with Lincoln Heating & Air. Team is attentive when it comes to scheduling. Have had Andrew service our furnace twice now, and he's friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to my dinosaur of a furnace. Used Lincoln to convert from oil to gas a few years back and they made the painful experience as comfortable as possible. Bottom line, I trust them with my furnace & boiler!

Got our furnace checked before winter. Was able to make appointment online very easily. Appointment was less than a week out. Our tech Dominic was very professional and completes the work quickly. Overall very satisfied.
