It was very easy to get an appointment on short notice. The office staff is friendly. Matt was our service tech. He was great. He called to ask if it would be convenient to show up early since he was ahead of schedule. This worked out perfectly for us. He was a pleasure to work with…friendly, informative and efficient. We have only had positive experiences with Paschall Plumbing, heating and cooling.

Bill and his crew are terrific! They provided a fair price to install shower, bath, and sink fixtures, and installed a whirlpool tub in my bathroom remodel. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend this company!!!

We have used Paschall plumbing for nearly a decade off and on for needs at our house in Wingfield, but this last time was horrible and we WILL be looking for another company. Almost 2 weeks ago, we had an appt to winterize our irrigation. We got a call the morning of the appt, maybe one hour before the window, telling us that we have been deprioritized for other HVAC issues, and they'd come back another day. Fine, it wasn't supposed to freeze for the next while. Rebooked appt comes, they send an HVAC guy instead of an irrigation guy, guy obviously can't do the job and leaves. WE have to call THEM to book a third appt at the right time because they just booked whatever they had the next day and texted us, which was not a good time as my husband works nights and he had communicated this three times. FINALLY today the guy shows up (doesn't call to let us know he's on the way which was annoying considering the 2 hour window), and completes the job in maybe 15 minutes tops. Then he says it'll be $230 today. Absolutely not. We were quoted $130, and that was what we had always paid. Call the office, it's excused away with increasing costs blah blah (of $100?? get real). We of course are only paying $130, but even that was too much after them twice messing up an extremely simple appt. We should have gotten an apology and perhaps a discount, but instead they tried to charge nearly twice the price and got pissy about it. BEWARE. EDIT: In regards to their reply: They still haven't reached out directly. They replied to the negative review only, to appear actionable.

My experience with Paschall Plumbing Heating Cooling from the start to finish was outstanding in every respect. Matt and Bill are outstanding plumbers that go beyond great service. My cold-water pipes had to be rerouted and with their professional knowledge, they ensured the job was done right. They are efficient, work quickly, neat, and friendly. I will always call Paschall Plumbing with any plumbing, heating or cooling issue I may have. I highly recommend them as they are a company you can trust.

Paschall has provided excellent service to me for HVAC and plumbing for almost 9 years. Rob was my technician today. He was thorough, expedient, explained all the details and provided clear explanations. Great job!

Paschall’s has been taking care of me and three different properties for years. They arrive on time the majority of appointments and even call to see if they can come early when they can. The plumbers are expert and discuss options with me, listing pros and cons of each. From fixing gas on-demand hot water systems (very complex) to replacing a simple outdoor faucet, and everything in between, I trust them to keep my life flowing!

Replaced 2 older toilets with new 1 piece Toto toilets. Ordered and installed within one week! Also recently installed a wonderful totally all new HVAC system! Matt and team are GREAT for ALL plumbing and HVAC needs.
