As of writing this review, Action Heating and Air Conditioning had 100+ 5-star reviews, and after having Bob, Jay and team replace my entire furnace and air conditioning system, I can see why. Their customer service is at a level you just don’t see these days. They were so polite, informative, punctual, and well priced. They earned my business and were thankful for the opportunity. I will be recommending them to anyone that finds themselves in need of HVAC work.

I can’t say enough good things about Action Heating and air-conditioning If you’re looking for a repair or service or new install, they’re the place to go. I’d highly recommend using them. Bob and his crew came out and replaced our furnace and air conditioner… what a fantastic experience! They were fast, efficient and left everything clean. Bob always takes time to throughly explain everything, he sends in for any and all rebates possible that you qualify for, to get the best price! Jacob was here too he’s our technician that comes out for furnace check ups and service calls. He’s explains everything so that it’s understandable and makes sure he doesn’t leave until all questions are answered.

Bob and Jay and their team at Action Heating and Air were great to work with. Bob took the time to explain my options on the heating and AC units before I made my purchase decision and everything described including exact times promised was honored to a tee. They even prepared and filed the rebates for me with Excel Energy and Centerpoint Energy and registered the units with Carrier. Furnace and AC are working great and I'm confident they performed a quality installation. I would highly recommend them for neighbors and friends.

Their pricing was competitive, the installation was completed promptly, and they managed all of the rebate paperwork so we didnt have to. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Action Heating and Air installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The crew of 4 guys were here on time and was done in 3.5 hours. They were able to answer all my questions and showed me how to spray the cotton out of the air conditioner once a month. Everyone was very respectful. They helped me with the new thermostat that I can control from my phone. I would recommend them. I am very pleased with their work.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. They were honest, gave recommendations to help us decide what furnace and AC to install. Always responded quickly. They were trustworthy and their quote came in thousands of dollars cheaper than some of the bigger name companies in the Twin Cities area. I’d give more stars if there were an option to do so!

I don't normally provide reviews like this, but these guys were absolutely outstanding! Our AC literally went out the night before we went on vacation. Their technician came and diagnosed the problem. It was not something they could personally repair so they were proactively helping me with an alternative shop when my wife and I decided the best option was to replace. Without pressure Action heating, provided me their recommendation. We agreed on a solution, price and scheduled the install. The morning of the installation, each team member personally introduce themselves. They did an outstanding job. I would say their attention to detail and quality is what stood out to me. I am so glad our neighbor recommended them. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC need.
