After a high quote from another company to replace the board on my furnace, I got a second opinion from Comfort Expert. They just cleaned the system and said it’s working great. This family owned company is amazing! Not only are they trustworthy they are extremely responsive. My family has used them for years and we can’t imagine using any other company for our heating and cooling needs. Whenever we’re in a pinch Comfort Experts responds in a timely manner and has the issue repaired same day! Comfort experts were amazing!! My air conditioning unit went out and at first I called a competitor to come look at it. The competitor said I needed a full brand new system and for some reason they went and checked my heat exchanger while they were there. I knew something was up and I needed someone I could trust, so I reached out to comfort experts. they were there within an hour. They diagnosed my air conditioning Unit just needed a new motor and they checked my heat exchanger, not once but twice on separate days for me for an ease of mind. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Trey, Kelli and Kenny Sr.! Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable!

Comfort Experts was used for my husband’s business to replace Heater/A/C a few years ago and they were recommended by my sister who is in the construction industry. My sister used them when she moved in her new home "older home" to put in all the duct work and new heater/A/C when they finished out their basement. They did a great job and were very responsive with any issues that arose. I moved back to the Lake St. Louis area in July 2024 and just called them to come out for service the 35 year old furnace before winter, Kenny the technician was so communicative and educated me about my older system, things to look out for, efficiencies to be aware of and his friendly and informative approach made me so comfortable using this great company when replacement is needed. Highly recommend!

Comfort Experts were great to work with. I needed my A/C unit moved to get some work done where it was sitting. Someone came out to quote the job quickly after I called. I was given a couple of options for how to do the job with the details I needed to decide which option was best for me. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and nice. Once I was ready to schedule the work, that was fast and easy too. Kenny and Trey completed the work - they kept me posted on the plan and progress and did a great job! I would highly recommend Comfort Experts for HVAC needs.

Comfort Experts did a fanatic job installing our dual zone systems on May 2, 2025. Kenny took the time to explain the differences in systems that they could offer in terms of their pro's & con's. The entire staff is so easy to work with and I can't say enough about the service provided. It is great to see a family owned company excel in our community. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
