Jordan was thorough and honest. He got us up and running for the winter and advised of any issues we might need to be aware of in the future. We have a boiler and not every heating and cooling company has someone knowledgeable. I regret not doing my research and finding this company sooner.

Jamie from Vitt Heating & Cooling was AMAZING! He was very easy to work with, succinct and to the point, and even brought treats for our dog! Highly recommended, I will be requesting him again in the future.

WOW! I’m impressed with my overall experience from when I called to scheduled an appointment w the young lady who answered my call, who by the way was supper sweet to when Jordan left our home. I had a huge leak by our inside ac unit. Jordan was very kind and professional when he was giving me his thoughts about the possible issue and the solution. He was very thorough about the diagnostics and shared his professional suggestions in maintaining our ac system working properly. I hope not to have any further issues w our ac unit, BUT if I do, I know who to call!!! Thank you!

My home was damaged during the March tornado and their scheduling was quick and the technician, Jamie, that came to my home was AWESOME! Jami arrived on time, was professional and shared a great smile! He made sure I understood my unit and all the great services available to me. I will definitely use them again!

Jamie was a very experienced technician that was polite, respective of the property and helpful in explaining. He even had a treat for our puppy when he arrived. The work was completed timely and we would love to have him return to our property for our future visits.
