Quick communication with scheduling, prompt and professional service carried out by the technicians. They stayed for over two hours trying to replicate the problem I was having with my washing machine. Of course it didn't happen, but that didn't stop them from trying everything and resetting the system. One of the technicians also gave me two maintenance tips and tricks that I'll be employing in the future! He was friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure talking with him, and I wish him all the best! Would definitely call them again for future appliance repairs.
