Excellent work from Louie V and Joe. Also referred us to Heating guy, Luis F who did great work in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They worked as a team. They offered reasonable prices for the different jobs they did. Highly recommended!

Thank you for sending Bobby and Al. They first started with an overall inspection of all of the toilets and sinks. All okay. I needed to have the dryer vent inspected. Bobby inspected and determined that it needed a cleaning. He was finished within minutes. Now I have a working dryer vent with new tubing for the vent. Excellent job. He cleaned up the area where he worked and left it in better shape. When Al was inspected the bathroom I had mentioned that the water was backing up. He determined that the tub drain had to be snaked out . The pipes from the tub were so old that they started leaking. While speaking with Bobby he said that the PAC company does re install new bathroom. We went over the plan and also the contractor Jesus came over and all three of us went over the plan for redoing the bathroom. I am so happy because my deceased husband had worked with Paul back in the 80’s when your company had installed pipes from the city water to houses. My husband Roy always talked about using the jackhammer in the freezing cold. It was meant to be having the technicians of Bobby and Al from PAC do an inspection today. The work was excellent. Needed to get a simple toilet flange installed. Quoted me $600 which I thought was a bit steep but expected a good job. I tried doing it myself but screwed up and showed him the flange that I used. He then oddly expected me to give him my used flange that was a bit old and dirty and that I bought and paid for. I was shocked and then he gave me an attitude after I told him, "no, I paid $600 for you to reuse my old part?" He didn’t even offer to reduce the price. He then stomped out my house saying, "fine, I’ll buy my own one." The toilet was installed a bit crooked, with the toilet seat not even secured fully and didn’t even add the screw covers, saying you could buy them yourselves they’re cheap. I was very dissatisfied and this being a large company. Would not recommend unfortunately, you pay a steep price, get an attitude and be expected to provide all your own parts, odd?

Had an emergency plumbing job that needed special attention. Reached out to PAC plumbing and they sent Louie V. and Bobby for the initial consultation. The location of the pipe was in a precarious location. Louie walked me through everything and was able to ease my nervousness. We set up an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment they arrived early in the morning and promptly started to work. They were very professional, and efficient. Within 2 hours the work was completed. I was extremely satisfied. Another plus was the automatic text messages I would receive reminding me of the appointment and when the technicians were en route to my house. Would definitely use their services again.

Omg Lou and Nick did a excellent Job figuring out the problem with my furnace and water heater issues. They were able to diagnose and resolve in a matter of time. I highly recommend the PAC plumbing services for all your needs. And I thank Dan and the female in the office for making it all happen in nano minutes and by getting me a fast appointment for the service. We are back up and running ‍♂️

James P was pleasant, and friendly. My HVAC system needed a new compressor and he checked to see if they had one in stock, which they did and he was able to come back and install the new one. He was willing to explain when I had questions. I learned NOT to touch the switch in my closet because my system will be off and not work. Thanks so much for your help.

PAC really came through for us when the heat in the house was not working. They were responsive and sent a technician under 24 hours. Technician Jake P was fantastic. He patiently educated me on the issues and the fix. He also gave good tips on general maintenance of the HVAC (e.g., filter). Although I’m not sure if their prices were competitive, their service was worth the cost. I would highly recommend them.
