We’ve been with Schwantes for over 20 years and are extremely happy. Over the years they replaced both of our aging furnaces. The replacement furnaces have been more efficient with better even heating We get fall and spring checkups on the furnace and AC units. Schwantes keeps us running smooth!

Schwantes put in my furnace 12 years ago. They have serviced us ever since. They are always punctual, courteous and do a thorough job taking care of the maintenance for both my furnace and air conditioner. Prices are reasonable. I can not say enough good things about Schwantes. Our AC went out in May this year after the heat wave. We had a company come out and quote us for a new one and it almost dropped us to the floor with the price. We called up Schwantes to come and give us a price and we are so happy we made the call. We worked with Tim, who helped us navigate the prices, recommended which models to go with, and helped us through the financing. What we really appreciated was the quick, honest communication, and overall education on HVAC systems. They were quick to install a new furnace and AC heat pump, and its been working great ever since. We are happy we found a new trusted HVAC company to work with.

Joe was a fantastic guy. He came and did such great due diligence in checking out my commercial system. He opened up every single service panel and was happy to talk about his process. I'm a highly curious person and he walked me through a lot of how the system works. I have yet to receive my service quote but I'm so impressed with the level of service this far.

Schwantes responded to our service call promptly and Mike did a great job diagnosing the problem. We just need to wait for a new part to be shipped in to complete the repair. Our system is still under warranty so no complaints on cost. Update: Mike finished the repair and the system is now up and running as expected. Great service!

Joe L did an excellent job in checking my air conditioner and water heater. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. In addition, he gave me advice on how to keep my AC n water heater in good condition on an ongoing basis. I couldn't have asked for more. Great service! Great company!
