I was really worried about being ripped off and didn't know where to turn when my central air died. Big Boy Home Comfort was recommended to me. Ken put my mind at ease immediately when we met. He is a good honest man and his crew is amazing. They know their stuff, are neat, clean and very professional. I highly recommend them. These guys are who you need to call.

We’ve lived in our current home for 25 years. Last summer our central AC system (which is located in the attic) finally died. I contacted Big Boy Home Comfort and we agreed to replacing the system, with a much more efficient central AC system. The job was completed to our complete satisfaction and at a fair price. Kenny and his crew were respectful of our home and completed the job ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Big Boy Home Comfort!

Ken and team are amazing. I will never call anyone else for a/c, furnace, hot water tank! They have done multiple jobs for me at the houses I have owned! Once you are a customer you come first for him. He answers texts and calls quickly, says he will be at your house, texts on way. Shows up on time does a great job and cleans up nicely. Friendly and fair prices! More importantly you can depend on them. I would refer them without any worries.

Ken was beyond prompt for the estimate and offered a very competitive rate for the job I needed done. A central AC unit in our house that never had one! Two days later the job was done in one day! Installed a new thermostat, that was requested, at no additional install charge. Very upfront about pricing and communicated thruout process. It looks better then expected and we are ready for summer now!! No more window units here! Also offered a 10 year parts and labour warranty!!! Only place in the Kent area that offered that! I will recommend ken and his team to anyone who needs HVAC work!! Five stars all around.
