Brandon Heating and Air Conditioning

Yesterday, we had a new Heating and Air Conditioning system installed by Brandon Htg. and Air. The entire experience, from Adam giving me a quote, to Mike and Sam installing the equipment, was refreshingly FLAWLESS - no unexpected up-charges and no high pressure sales pitch. I can’t say enough about Mike and Sam, the installers. They were respectfully of me, and my home. They also demonstrated a high degree of pride in their work and their employer, they were knowledgeable, neat and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained the operation of my new equipment. I’ve been a customer of Brandon’s for many years. They’ve always provided outstanding service. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND their biannual preventive maintenance service - it will keep your equipment in top running condition. I give them FIVE STARS!!

I can only say good things about this company. I have never had a bad experience with them. This company has been great. This is the only company I have dealt with in past 5 years that I do not feel is trying to rip me off or over charge me. As a matter of fact they go out of their way to make sure you got what you paid for. They installed a new furnace about 10 years ago and that was great. 3 years ago they installed central air in our house that did not currently have it and that was wonderful too. They come out twice a year to service my HVAC system (If i remember to schedule it) and i have never had an issue. I highly recommend them and anyone who hires them will not be disappointed. Do not use them for service!! They were rude. They also charged us an insane amount for calling our home warranty company. We had another company come out and they did everything Brandon did for free. I do not recommend going with these people.

The technician didn’t offer any troubleshooting or guidance on how to fix the problem, and I had to push him to even get any information about what was wrong. When I asked about next steps, he didn’t provide any solutions, and it felt like he was just looking to charge for a service without addressing the actual issue. I have no problem paying for service calls but offer a solution if you’re going to charge someone! Spoke to owner as well and extremely rude just looking to take advantage of you. I would never recommend to anyone!! Reply to owner I was never told about the $80 service fee when I scheduled the appointment. The tech showed up, told me what I already knew, offered no solutions, and was in a rush to leave. I had to call the office just to get basic info, and they still wanted to charge another fee to come back—despite doing nothing the first time. Thankfully, I found a professional company that fixed the issue and will help bring my utility room up to code. This company was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid them at all cost.

Our AC was on its last legs and we got multiple quotes. Far and away, Brandon HVAC was the best value and most highly regarded by word of mouth. Adam recommended a unit that fit our needs perfectly, and Steven and Sam did a phenomenal job removing the old furnace/AC and installing the new unit. Steven and Sam showed up right on time, were professional, polite, and did a great job. I highly recommend Brandon HVAC.

Brandon HVAC installed our entire system (replacing furnace and adding central air to our 1955 house) when we bought our home back in 2013 and it worked perfectly with the only maintenance being replacing the filter regularly. Now in 2025 we finally had an issue with the AC and not only did they come out the same day, the technician diagnosed and replaced the outdoor disconnect within about an hour all for what we felt was a very reasonable cost. No upselling or exorbitant labor rates, just came, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, efficiently and affordably. Awesome, affordable service that I would recommend both for install and maintenance services and wouldn't consider calling another company.
