Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a full house generator installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the first consultation with Keith, who was incredibly knowledgeable and no-pressure, to the final installation by Jimmy and Hunter, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. I received constant updates via text and email, including photos and bios of each team member before they even arrived—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel confident and comfortable knowing exactly who would be knocking on the door. Every question I had—no matter how small—was answered clearly and thoroughly. Jimmy and Hunter were not only skilled at what they do, but also friendly, respectful, and efficient. They took the time to explain the installation and ensure everything was up and running perfectly. The turnaround time was also impressive—much quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. We had a great experience working with the electricians at Wilson. Out of the several companies I called/left messages for they were one of the only ones that answered the phone. They were able to get us scheduled for an estimate at a time that worked for us and the technician was professional and genuinely interested in knowing what our expectations/wishes were. He gave us several quote options to choose from and we were able to work with the office staff to find financing that worked for us. The team arrived on schedule and were super efficient. They even did their best to allow us to sleep in a bit more while they worked since my husband and I are both second shift workers. They walked me through all of the work at the end and even told me how to call and ask for changes if we did any renovations to our house. Overall it was a smooth experience and we would definitely use them again.

Yovel was pleasant and efficient. Explained step by step what was being done and why. Answered the questions that I had. Took the time to show the parts that would be needed and finance options available. My experience with Wilson and their technicians has been 5star.

I am very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable this company is! They do a thorough job and they are quick. Everyone was very friendly Eric and Bradley who came out to give me quotes. As well as Mason and Robert who came and did the work. Robert went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and working properly. And two more individuals I cannot remember their names but they worked with Robert and Mason, they were all great! Also Chris in the office who helped get the price down where I needed it to be and in the end the cost was reduced even more! I am a happy customer and would recommend this company to everyone! Will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you all for the great work and a job well done! It’s nice to see a company with such high standards these days!

I specifically want to thank Kyle, Andy and Bradley for coming to inspect everything and walking me through not only what they were doing, but explaining to me how everything is supposed to work and what was wrong with my setups. I want to also thank kaleb for helping us get financed and doing the office work needed to get the work done for us. But most of all I need to thank Tim. If it wasn’t for his warm personality, wonderful people skills, integrity, intelligence of products, and just being a true Trekkie, we probably would have gone with another company. We would not have received the same level of compassion, and caring that we were shown by these wonderful men. So thank you boys!
