We cannot say enough about Matt and his team. It's been since July now since they installed a new AC unit. We had never had central AC. Only central heat. I thought a mini-split would be our best, most affordable option. While the AC unit ended up costing more, it was the most affordable over time. And we are so happy with Happy for pointing out the benefits and downfalls. Even at the peak of their business, they took the time to work with us and then get us scheduled quickly. Install day went smooth and as expected. Actually, they went above and beyond. It's been 2 solid months and no issues. I wouldn't want to give specific prices or perks as each job is different. But you will not be disappointed with their service, prices and professionalism. Wouldn't use anyone else now. Thanks Happy Heating and Air!

We’ve had Happy to our house a couple of times to conduct HVAC preventative maintenance. Always professional, wore booties on our hardwood, and did their work diligently. And at fair prices given we have dual furnaces and AC units. Highly recommend.

Had my furnace and air conditioner serviced by Happy Heating and Air and they did an awesome job! Super friendly, on time, and explained everything clearly. My system runs great now—highly recommend them!

I normally don't give anything a 5 star. Why did I for them. Customer service. In a day where that seems to be going away they did great. I think they did more than they needed. They were accommodating to what ever I needed, and the tech were always respectful of the house. Any issue I asked about they gave me an answer, and they didn't make anything up. They checked on a couple of things to make sure I was getting the correct information. On their own they found a gap between the house and vent tubes, about 1 inch seperation and fixed that. No more heating the crawl space. On a side note when they originally did the quote they made a mistake to their side. Matt called me and let me know the mistake before they even started and saved me money. If he had not called I would have paid more. How many companies have the integrity to call out their own mistake and saves the customer money? Not many. Here are before and after. Also once they had removed the insulation the duct work under was not good. They rebuilt it by hand and sealed it. So much better.

Happy installed a new gas furnace and central AC in March of 2021. I waited until now; to make sure the AC worked in summer heat, to make my review. Both the AC and furnace work fine. However, the furnace has a very noticeable tilt to one side. The base on which it sets is level. Also, they had to come back to properly strap down the gas supply line.
