Brandon with ABLE Heating & Air serviced my furnace and AC unit today. He discovered that my AC unit was extremely low on refrigerant so I agreed that he should add enough to bring it up to the recommended level. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and clearly explained what he was doing and what I could do. I will definitely continue to have them service my units.

Luis and his teammate were exceptionally courteous men. They worked hard and knowledgeably with little of interaction with me unless necessary. They added some touch ups which made the end result look very nice. Good workmanship!

My wife and I just had Able replace our 24 year-old gas furnace with an electric heat pump. Louis came by for a free estimate and spent nearly two hours here-- he first did a Manual J calculation so that we would know precisely and accurately what size system our home needs, then dove into the details of a couple different brands of heat pumps to make sure we got the best system for our needs. I had 2 other companies provide quotes before Louis came by and neither one did a Manual J-- one guy came over for about 15 minutes and said square footage alone is adequate for determining the right size unit for a house (false), and the other person gave me a quote via text message without stepping foot on my property at all (lazy). Louis was super friendly and down to earth and gave absolutely no pressure at all for us to make a decision or choose Able. He also went over "incentives" (rebates and tax credits) which will end up taking over $8k off the price of the system once tax credits are factored in-- a major difference! The other quotes I got said nothing at all about incentives. The installation team was great-- Andres, Kevin, and Daniella (?) were super friendly and worked hard for 8 hour straight to get our system up and running beautifully. In summary, we got top-of-the-line equipment at a great price from a company who clearly goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and honesty. We couldn't be happier.

We had an issue with our AC unit, which developed a leak even though it’s only three years old. Javier at Able Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to make the situation right. He took his time to carefully explain every detail to us in a way we could understand, and he was always available whenever we had questions or needed him to walk us through the process. What really stood out was Javier’s professionalism and dedication—he truly cared about resolving the problem, not just getting the job done quickly. He made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way and did everything he could to ensure our system was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find someone so patient, knowledgeable, and committed to excellent service. We are very grateful for Javier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Able Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Able Heating & Cooling -highly recommend! They worked things out for us to get SAME DAY! Service on a weekend—middle of summer and a day when we woke up to our AC not running—with forecast of 97 degrees! Francis, our technician called and asked to come EARLIER than scheduled which as it was already warming up in the house was extremely appreciated! He was professional and so nice! This company was wonderful when installing 8 years ago and am big when we needed a repair!
