Bull Mountain was a great company to work with in the installation of my furnace and a/c system. Communication was very good. They returned my calls and texts quickly. Cristian was the technician that did the installation. He was polite and patiently answered my questions. Cristian was tremendously helpful in showing me how to work the new thermostat. When the job was completed, he made sure the furnace area was cleaned up.

I’ve found my new go-to HVAC service! They offer fair prices and excellent service. Rico, the technician, was friendly and patient, and he thoroughly explained all my options. Ashley kept me informed about my appointment, and the owner, Brian, provided a competitive estimate without any surprise add-on fees. It’s also great to support a genuine small, local business. It took many days to get a return call to see if they work on Bryant units. When Nolan came to diagnose the problem, he found we needed new sensors. He got them on order quickly and came out to install them in a few days. He was prompt, clean, courteous and got the job done. I’ve set up an annual maintenance with them because I’m happy with their service.

Bull Mountain has been great. They replaced furnace in Jan, great, clean, neat work. Air conditioning (separate system) stopped blowing cooled air and tech evaluating system was able to fix on the spot. Highly recommend company. I'm told company treats employees well and that definitely translates into great service for customers.

Nolan did a great job! Showed up on time (even a little early!) and extremely easy to work with. This is my 2nd time using Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling and both times were on time, efficient and very professional.

Bill Mountain was quick to respond! My AC stopped working and we needed it fixed ASAP. Nolan came out within 2 days, found out what was wrong and gave me 2 options of DIY for cheaper or full service. I appreciated that he gave me that option as it showed true service and transparency and not just upselling trying to make more money. He showed me how to fix it and because of his honesty and transparency we will be adding the monthly maintenance! Highly recommend this trustworthy and honest company.

Very pleased with my new quiet Trane furnace and the excellent service I received from Bull Mountain. I can already tell the home is heated more evenly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, competent, professional, thorough and on time. Baltazar and his team are efficient installers and cleaned up after themselves. A positive experience!
