Harrell's Heating & Cooling

We called Harold on a Sunday. He answered the phone right away and came right out. He quickly fixed our air conditioner. He's very polite and what he charged was very reasonable. We will definately use him for all of our air conditioning needs.

I moved to Troy over a year ago, brought a home that need a lot of work. Shortly after I moved in the AC failed, Harrell was there within a few hours, and the house was cool, since then I have called a number of times, he has never failed to fix the problem. I needed other repairs, I call Harrell again he called back and gave me the name and number of other connectors, all with the same quality of professionalism as Harrell. Harrell’s is the best in the business! Very competitive pricing. They always make time to come out, even if it is after hours or weekends. I run an animal rescue so some of my dogs can be a little difficult, but they always find a way to work around them. I have used them several times with issues with my ac and it has always been fixed the same day within hours. If you haven’t ever had your ac cleaned, I highly recommend it. They will have it looking like a new unit! And I have to take a minute to speak about Skylar. He is the tech that came out today and he was absolutely great to work with. Very knowledgeable and did his best to help as much as he could. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

If I’m ever riding down the road and see Skylar on the side of the road in a fight with a bear, well… I would have to pull off the side of the road and jump in and help the bear. Skylar is awesome! I highly recommend their services. We live out of town but have needed a lot of maintenance and repair to the A/C in a rental home in Troy and they always get the job done right. The best thing is that they reply quickly when called and get to you asap.

The guys were great! We had some extenuating circumstances that came up with the house, requiring them to come out a few times but they were very fast to respond and they worked very hard to get everything just right! We're thrilled with this company and plan on using them again on another project.

Fantastic service, great people, Zack was our HVAC tech he was amazing. He was organized, he communicated if we ran into hiccups, and very professional. If Zack comes to your house or business you’re getting exceptional service. Harrell’s overall was a 10/10 experience. I ran into 2 problems, no fault of theirs, and they worked with me to fix and were very easy to work with! I recommend them 100 out of 100 times.
