I was so grateful today that a friend referred me to this company. Mr. Atwell answered my phone call within two rings and assured me that they would get me took care of today and they did! Dylan came out and got my air working within 30 minutes of arrival time. The price was very reasonable for the work he performed and the part he had to replace. He was a very kind and courteous and I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your heating and cooling needs!!!

Today I woke up and my ac was not blowing. I was able to call Patriot and they answered immediately. They arrived within hours of the phone call. He worked diligently and was able to immediately figure out the problem! Very cost efficient and a blessing. Good to know there are still some good people in the world. I highly recommend them and I appreciate the swift service they were able to provide.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Patriot Heating and Cooling. My AC was out, and there were several components that needed to be replaced. While waiting on the parts to come in, they didn't leave me stuck with the heat, they provided a small indoor AC unit for me to use temporarily! After several visits and a lot of work done, I was pleased with the fair price I was charged. It's hard to find local tradesmen that offer great expertise and value together, which is why I'm so impressed with the service I received. I will absolutely recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling to any friends that need HVAC work done.

Technician stayed 10 minutes and lied to Cinch Home Services about the diagnosis. Also said a noise wasn’t coming from our thermostat and it is. Didn’t take the time to even diagnose it properly.

I had the service guy come by to check my unit. He discovered the problem and said he would be here Friday morning. I did not hear from him. His phone was on a unit snd it got fried. I know something had to have happened. He has a new phone and is working to get his contacts back. i just spoke with him and he is coming tomorrow morning. I like to support our Veterans.
