We had an amazing experience with Heat Source Mechanical from start to finish! We had a service person (Joe) come, they agreed with us that the unit needed replaced rather than the many repairs it would need, they had an installation quote person (Sway) out within 2 hours instead of making us wait longer. We were quoted 2 options and they even helped us get financing. There were no smarmy tactics or upselling, talking circles, or saying they would get back to us later, just an honest review of our unit and what we could expect with the new one we were choosing. They even came back later that day with space heaters so we wouldn’t be cold until they could get here to install. The two installers who came to the house (Hayden and Sagun) were wonderful, they were considerate, knowledgeable, and they never seemed to stop working but they had fun laughing together while they worked which was awesome for my family to hear (who wants grumpy people doing work in your home). They completed the work in the 2 days quoted, and they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. We now have reliable heat, just in time for the snow that fell yesterday, and it’s nice to not have that stress and cold. We will definitely be using them again and I’ve already told neighbors who we used in case they need service.

From scheduling to the actual service, working with HeatSource was great! We were given a reminder text the day before and received a text message when Jesse was on his way to our home. The text provided a link to see the ETA on his arrival, which was great to see. He arrived right in line with the estimated time of arrival and wore booties over his shoes whenever he was in our home. Part of our water heater needed to be replaced and he had the part on hand, so it was pretty quick to take care of. While he was here, we signed up for their monthly prepay service for next year's maintenance and it saved us about $120 on our bill today. Highly recommend!

Marianne, who answered my call is very kind and helpful. We had no heat whatsoever, she was able to find a service tech for us.The same day we called. That was Joe, who arrived and promptly got to work on our heater. Very patient & professional. He advised us of what needed to be replaced. Thank you! HeatSource Mechanical completed an electric hot water heater replacement for us within three days of my initial inquiry. They were responsive and helpful getting the project set up. They kept us continuously informed as to the status of the project and even the expected time of arrival of the workers. The installation crew (Trey and Tyler) were prompt, professional, and did excellent work. The entire job only took three hours. My wife and I are very pleased with the speed and quality of the work and overall service ethic demonstrated by this company.

Heat Source has been the company we’ve trusted with all heat related issues for the past 10+ years. They just installed a new heating unit for my parents this week and a new boiler for our home just last winter. Before the new units were installed the old ones lasted well past their life expectancy due in part to excellent maintenance also provided by Heat Source. They have competitive pricing and the kindness and trustworthiness of their techs is unparalleled. We will continue to rely on them for many years to come. Highly recommend.

I was really disappointed with the service provided by the heat tech who came to my house. I waited a whole week for a technician, and when he finally showed up, he was unprepared without the necessary tools for the job. While he was there, he couldn’t work independently and frequently reached out with questions while working. Ultimately, the problem wasn't resolved and no follow-up solution was provided. I will definitely not be using this company again, and I am not satisfied with technician Jesse Krey's performance.

Today was a very good experience. Two well experienced gentlemen replaced my furnace from Heat Source Mechanical. They knew there job inside and out. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job at hand. I could not have been happier with their professional Skills. Thank you very much.
