I had a leak that was dripping actively from the top floor to the middle floor. There was no visible water except for the steady drip. It took some significant sleuthing to discover what the leak was coming from. But they found it and repaired it. When they were done the leak was gone. JD and Chris worked well as a team. They were polite and respectful. They both were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I plan on having them back to do all the plumbing maintenance when it is not an emergency.

JD came out in after-hour emergency and was able to identify/fix a leak behind a bathroom wall without delay or issue - he knew exactly where to look and what to do! JD was very professional, explained everything he was doing and why, was comfortable with us observing his work as he did it, and cleaned up everything when done. Loretta (front line person we first talked to) was delightful and professional and followed up with us two days later asking if we had any concerns/questions and thanking us for our business - refreshing! We were referred to PHD by our long-time regular plumbing outfit, Advanced Plumbing, as they only do new construction these days. Advanced Plumbing highly recommended PHD and we are very grateful for the recommendation. Will definitely use PHD again if need arises.

They provide excellent service. Navien authorized repair company. Even sweep up the dirt that accumulated during the new installation. Everyone is very nice to deal with, including providing me with paper invoices that I request. Thanks again.

JD did an excellent job with locating the source of the leak and replaced the tubing to the HRV unit. JD did an outstanding job installing our new toilets and gave me some preventative advise as well. JD explained what he was doing during the visit and did an amazing job. Highly recommended and reliable!

I always appreciate working with PHD, they are quick to respond to requests. Like all their technicians, JD is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Had a new furnace installed today; with the September cooler nights the new and more efficient heater (replacing one with corrosion/potential CO poison issues) is great for peace of mind as well as my energy bills!

11/6/25 Shawn swapped out all three toilets, replaced some broken things, water shut off valve, leaky hose line and also helped with some additional last minute requests like changing the water particle filter underneath the house. He did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly. Now the major plumbing work is completed! 9/11/25 They swapped out the bathtub fixtures in two bathrooms, as well as the shower stall in the master and shower in the bathtub fixtures and added an access panel for the master bathtub plumbing. Excellent work, very pleased. Very professional, friendly and was easy to get an appointment. Will have them back to replace the toilets soon!

I'm a guy who doesn't like to ask for help but in this case I needed too. I needed my boiler fixed and JD and Chris did an excellent job and were very efficient! Also thankful for 24/7 service.
