Kotz Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

My service guy was Chris G. He was professional yet friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend him! Update. Chris G came out and did the work he quoted me for. He was on time and did all the work very efficiently and then went over what he had done. I am very satisfied with his work!

We currently had a mini split system installed in our home and we have some issues with it in the last year. All parties were very professional and understanding from speaking with Teresa to schedule all the appointments and working with my wife's schedule was awesome. And Christian who just has been great during the times he came out to do the repairs. Well today we had a installation issue and within a few hours Anthony was able to come on site with Marc to fix the issues. We appreciate there prompt response and kindness during our encounters. Myself and my wife work in the industry were customer service is a priority. And they all did there job Great.

Chris and Anthony did an excellent job repairing my water conditioner. Chris answered all my questions and explained the repair process for me. They also did a great job cleaning up after the repair was complete and waited to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended.

Kotz has had to make multiple trips to my house this year. We bought an older house that had not been updated in a while. They replaced my air conditioner this summer, and while it’s never fun to pay for appliances, they walked me through everything, helped with financing and were very friendly and knowledgeable. This weekend, my water heater broke down. I called Kotz at 7:30 this morning, they had someone at my house by 8:30 and by 10:30 I had a new water heater. The tech was very kind and respectful of my home, pets and myself. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get appliances repaired or replaced.

Kotz was great! Chris and Anthony were wonderful. They were very nice, polite, patient, and worked really hard! My main sewer line needed replacing and what do I know about that? A lot more now! Chris and Anthony got right to work. They were quick, but thorough. They were fun, but focused. They helped me learn and were patient. They cleaned up after they finished the job. That was done just as efficiently as everything else they did. My new pipes are beautiful! I am very pleased with the work.

Matt came in to help replace a bad cartridge in our new shower. He was knowledgeable, and did a great job. It was great to have hot water in our remodeled shower after a week. Also Tina at Kotz was quick to be able to get someone to our house to help us out.

Brandon and Blake called to notify me that they were coming and were right on time. They were very professional and extremely nice. Explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I am happy with the job they did and will definitely call Kotz again if I need any work done. It has been a pleasure working with everyone that came to my home and the office staff as well.
