So, my furnace stopped working over the weekend (Saturday night)... yea michigan and having 60 degree weather in November! Since I have an electric fireplace, I was able to schedule a non-emergency service call and Jerry took my message and ran with it! He got Taylor and she got us a diagnostic appointment on the book for Monday 8-12...Jerry was hear by 730a diagnosed and replaced my igniter in under 20 min... and we have a nice comfy warm house again! (Yes.they called first & I so glad they understood that even though I work from home, they wanted to make sure they respected my schedule) Thanks Krane Team... they're there when you need them!

We received 3 different quote for furnace and air conditioning. Wanted a high-efficiency furnace and two companies said they couldn’t do it. Krane heating and cooling Said they could do it and also gave us the cheapest price. Installation was Fast and efficient would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Just had my Fall preventative maintenance visit from Krane. Dave, the technician, was very polite and friendly and extremely thorough in checking/cleaning my furnace. He answered all my questions and offered some good tips, also. Very knowledgeable and efficient!

Chaz and DJ did a excellent job with installing our furnace. They were courteous very neat and very timely. I would highly recommend them. If I had more than five stars I will give it to them.

Was able to schedule an appointment that suited my schedule. Technician was prompt and polite. Showed me some features and issues with my system. I feel much more comfortable after the furnace inspection.
