My wife owns a small business on the eastside of Madison and after going with the previous owner's HVAC company we found out it was sold to a corporation. We tried to use them and spent hundreds of dollars for basically no service. One of our clients works at Greiber Heating & Sheet Metal, Inc and said we should give them a call. Not only did we get great service but honesty as well. After they looked at our system and ran tests, it was looking like a $15k repair/replacement. He said let me look at trying something else. Eureka, the previous company that said they did maintenance, in fact did not. Our filters were so clogged that the system was shutting down. Now I am a realist and know that eventually we will have to replace what we have but I have FULL confidence going with Greiber and they will be our first and only call. My wife was so happy she hugged the technician that came out.

Devin, Karen, and the team at Greiber were great! Our furnace blower died after 20 years so rather than replace we decided to get a new one. Compared to other certified Carrier dealers in the area, Greiber was less expensive yet did a great job with communication and installation. I would highly recommend Greiber for HVAC needs.

Devon stopped by on a holiday weekend to trouble shoot our furnace issues. When it was determined we needed a new furnace, he and his co-workers were there with a few days to install a new one. They were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the results.
