The technician arrived at the scheduled time, took care of the requested decommissioning service and gave me advice for my options in recycling my heat pump which was well past its prime and completely failed. I would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again for the great service!

From the beginning of my first experience with Central Washington Heating and Air, I was completely impressed. The response time was very quick, and their technician, Ryan, was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and an easy person with whom to work who answered all of my questions completely. It’s so great, in these days of poor customer service, to be able to highly recommend a company.

Ryan is a very knowledgeable tech, and explains everything in detail. No sense of being rushed, took the time to listen to my questions. Will definitely call on him again for next service.

First off my tech was Jessie not that I didn’t remember. He was right on time and made the time to tell me what was wrong and that I had some time to fix things but I chose to fix it now, better sooner than later!! He was very nice and polite Thank you

Ryan is very personable and quite knowledgeable. This is the second time he has come to the house, and being a technician myself (electronics field), I hope he never leaves Central Washington because I trust him completely to do what needs to be done and do it correctly.

Had issue with AC not cooling. Technition (Jessie) was assigned. Called in advance that he was on his way. Had issue identified and resolved within 15 minutes. He was very polite, friendly, yet professional! Great job Jessie!
