I am very happy that I chose Columbia Cooling to install a new Bosch HVAC system at our cabin in Plain. Right off the bat Tracy directed me to Bill in sales, who helped me zero in on the best system for our location. Bill shared clear knowledge and was able to answer all my ‘retired-engineer’ questions. Our interaction led Bill to bring in Steve - one of the owners – who offered to test out the latest Bosch Ultra cold climate technology at no risk to us. The two-person crew arrived on time and with everything they needed to do a clean, professional install. Dakota and Walt found and corrected a bent refrigerant line in the crawl space that has been causing problems for 20 years! Walt built a custom baffle on site to overcome a poorly located furnace. Dakota replaced a funky circuit breaker as a best practice. I really appreciate their ability to adapt to the field conditions! Steve came for the start-up and got the new system and smart technology up and running on schedule. The follow-up on documentation, inspections and operations has been terrific. I highly recommend Columbia Cooling.

I am so happy I chose Columbia Cooling. Last summer our system froze—of course on a 3 digit day—and they sent someone to save us. That’s when I learned that their business model includes one technician always on call for emergencies. In talking with that technician about our 40-year-old system that had frozen two summers in a row, we decided to set aside funds and have Columbia Cooling replace our furnace and condenser unit this year. They came to evaluate our needs and sent us a bid with good options. The crew finished in one day. The two person crew was skilled, professional, personable, and a good working team. I also learned that their teams include both an HVAC technician and an electrician. That really makes the day go smoothly and eases the scheduling. They were very respectful of my house and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done with the install. I highly recommend Columbia Cooling

Columbia Air is tops in my book! I utilize them for my several rentals with HVAC systems. Kyle came out today and solved the problem with a fix to get the HVAC up and running again! Hooray for Columbia! Tracy is always great, personable and efficient, as well! Thanks, you guys!

Columbia Cooling and Refrigeration in Wenatchee recently installed two Bosch heat pumps in my home. An out-dated fuse box was also replaced. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received - from the friendly office staff to the knowledgeable sales person, Bill, to the very capable Eric and Dakota who installed the heat pumps and took care of the electrical side of things. All my questions were answered. I am very happy with the end result and highly recommend this company.

Had an A/C emergency the week of July 4th holiday. This company was so kind and understanding. Had a fantastic repair tech named David Henkel that came to the rescue within 30 hours! He worked nonstop for several hours and took time to explain the repair. 100% would recommend them to all friends and family.

I’m not sure ACs ever go out except when it’s over 90 degrees. When ours finally gave up the ghost at not quite the most inconvenient time, but definitely in the running, we talked to a lot of different companies in the valley about replacing them. We’re really grateful to Columbia - they were informative, helpful, caring, and efficient. They went through all the info and options with my spouse, and then reviewed the same for me since I couldn’t be there for the first discussion and we were anxious (and very hot) trying to make pricey decisions. Despite running into some issues with our older house - which they resolved - everything got fixed very efficiently and at reasonable cost. They were kind and communicative throughout the process. Though I sincerely hope we don’t have to call them again for awhile (only because we’re ready for our new AC units to give us a break on that front), we’d recommend them to anyone else needing HVAC help in the valley.
