We recently had our air conditioner repaired, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain the issue and ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving. We recently replaced the entire air conditioning system in our home and needed a [third-party] air conditioning expert, who was familiar with the product and could make certain everything was running properly. After a little research we found Bolster – DeHart, called and explained the situation and asked for their help. Bill was quick to return the call; he listened as I explained our situation and then he explained their process. Within a few days, Nick was at our home doing a complete review of the installation; he was thorough and knowledgeable of the system. He addressed a few outstanding to-do items and shortly after the service call, we had a summary of his review. This was an incredible experience! I had Bolster in to fix an issue with my furnace. They were very prompt in scheduling and Paul my service tech was very thorough and left with my furnace back up and working. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the whole experience of replacing our air conditioning unit from 1997! From the technician who took time out of his holiday to look at the broken unit, to the sales rep who offered us a great price, to the installation crew who were pleasant, efficient and exceptionally respectfully of the property...this was a wonderful experience! We had never heard of this company but our first impression was so good that we (although we had several estimates) signed with them the same day they came out with the estimate! Bolster DeHart made us feel as if they truly valued our business! Just a few weeks after the installation, we received an insulated cooler with a dozen gourmet cookies inside! I mean...who does that anyomore?! They really went above and beyond and we have already recommended them to several friends!

We recently enclosed our narrow side porch to become a sunroom. The contractor originally specified a heating/AC unit that would have hung on the wall above the chairs in the foreground. Bolster-DeHart researched and found a better solution with the unit hidden in the ceiling at the far end of the room blowing across the entire length of the room as opposed to straight into the narrowed portion of the room. We now have a beautiful four season room with full HVAC that is quiet and effective. Very pleased!

The company was able to get to us within a couple of days, and the technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Very respectful and put shoe coverings on. Explained everything thoroughly and provided tips for future care. I would highly recommend this Company.

Professional, caring, efficient. The sales guy Jim was amazing from start to finish! Needed new furnace, and install of AC, all installed in one day, but within 2 weeks of the initial quote! The guys that did the installation are hard workers and worked all day just to finish the job in one day- in the hot weather! Amazing job! Would recommend to anyone!
