Best experience hands down I've had with a heat/AC company. The evaluator, Sebastian, was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with how my heat pump/furnace combo was selected for the property. Pricing and options built were quite tailored to what I needed. The install crew (Cody, Eugene, and AJ) were top notch professional and friendly. They kept me in the loop with all the major decisions and led me through the process. They even left me a tailored booklet on my system in the utility area and did a proper job educating me on the maintenance and functionality. 5/5 great experience. Hire these guys.

Jesse came out to look at our system after another company came out service the unit and recommended we replace the entire unit. Throughly cleaned out the unit that the previous company was maintaining, turns out they were not doing a great job and had severe build up on one of the coils. Cleaned the unit and now it works even better! Would highly recommend B&B and also Jesse. We will definitely be moving over to their premier maintenance plan. Thank you B&B and Jesse!

Our tech Jorge was knowledgeable, explained his findings clearly, and took his time making sure I knew what he was checking and why. He was on time and very helpful. We have always had such a great experience with the techs at B&B. Update: during B&B’s last visit our a/c unit turned on with no issue as soon as they arrived. Jorge did a great job trouble shooting and gave us a few recommendations. As luck would have it a day or so ago our a/c issue began again. We reached out to B&B and they were able to schedule us next day first thing in the morning. Bo was our technician this time, and was able to reference the work Jorge had completed to so he wouldn’t have to duplicate work and efficiently dig into things further. Bo was able to locate the issue and showed me how to complete a check myself if needed. He was efficient, well informed, and personable. He was able to walk me through the problem in a way I that was easy for me to understand. Thank you again B&B for your outstanding customer care.

B&B we’re able to get Rod out to my house within about 16 hours after I called them. Rod was incredibly knowledgeable and polite and courteous. He was able to fix the problem as well as talk about other improvements I could be making to my system.

Jesse was so great and thorough. He spent a good amount of time making sure our furnace was working as expected and then explained exactly what he had fixed. Would highly recommend Jesse to anyone.
