My A/C unit stopped working in July and my home warranty company AHS sent out many companies to try to work on it but they either couldn't do it or did not want to. Tradewinds was the company that had the expertise to work on my Carrier A/C unit. The inverter and condenser unit both were found to be bad and Tradewinds worked with not only AHS (who can be difficult) but also Carrier so that my out of pocket was very minimal relative to what it could have been ($10,000 or so). I appreciated their diligence in getting the A/C unit fixed even though it took some time and many hoops to jump through with the AHS warranty company but also Carrier. I would highly recommend Tradewinds and use them in the future if needed.

I was very impressed by the outstanding work completed by Ronnie, Tony, and Fred at my condo. After receiving a quote from a different company, I decided to seek another quote and opinion and I'm very glad I did. My total cost was much less and the workmanship was excellent. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs heating and cooling repairs or replacement.

We had two other companies come out to check our air conditioner and they recommended our A/C be completely remounted and a new pan installed. Ricky was professional and provided photo evidence to show us what other companies had said needed to be done which was going to cost $4,000. He insulated a pipe and confirmed everything else was installed per manufacturer recommendations and saved us from getting scammed. He was patient in explaining everything he saw and why what was being recommended was not necessary for repair. It’s hard to find honest companies like this and I appreciate the efficiency and timeliness in accommodating our schedule quickly. They informs us when the tech was on his way and when he arrived. I Highly recommend and will use them again.

Tradewinds incorrectly installed a heating and air conditioning unit in our condo. They refused to honor the warranty and fix the unit. We we to Small Claims Court and won a judgement against them. They are even refusing to honor a court ordered payment. Think twice about hiring this company.

I was very impressed with the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. Nick and Eric were so respectful and kind and put up with my Dogs barking. They cleaned up so well I hardly knew they were here. I would highly recommend this company an especially these two men. Thank you.

Navigating the process with American Home Shield can be tricky, but Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He scheduled service calls, communicated updates with our tenants, and was always prompt in his responses. His attention to detail made the whole experience much smoother. Recently, Tradewinds installed our new air conditioner and furnace. The installation was quick and efficient, and they left our home spotless afterward. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. My dog did some serious damage to my HVAC system trying to get at a critter. I got several quotes and Tradewinds was the most reasonable. The job ended up being a lot more work than anticipated. The team did a fantastic job troubleshooting and got it fixed. Would definitely recommend this company.
