Excellent technical and customer service by Hazael. He definitely exceeded my expectations by taking the time to describe to me everything that he was doing and everything that I needed to do to maintain my HVAC system properly. He even checked all the settings on my thermostat to make sure they were optimized. I didn’t feel like he was just in a rush to get finished and get out of here—he really took the time to answer all of my questions which is unusual nowadays. And this was at the end of his day (6 pm)! I would highly recommend Armstrong’s services and I will be keeping them on speed dial If I ever need repairs or installation services.

Omar Sabillion serviced my AC unit today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was both professional and personable—efficient in his work and thoughtful in his approach. From bringing shoe coverings to walking me through each step of the process, Omar made sure I felt informed and completely comfortable having him in my home. I’ve been using Armstrong since I purchased my house, and I’m genuinely glad I found them. Their maintenance program is not only affordable but absolutely worth it. Great service, great people—highly recommend.

Armstrong installed an AC unit in our brand new home, and we started having problems from the very beginning. The system never worked efficiently, and soon after, it began leaking water. This leak eventually caused black mold to form, which affected my health. Although the company came to fix the water leak, they caused even more damage by ruining our ceiling — it looked like they spilled water during their work. Now, they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. The AC is still working inefficiently which causing electric bill go extremely high. I’m very disappointed with both their service and their lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or professional AC installation.

Michael Pereira was an excellent technician—very knowledgeable and thorough. He performed the maintenance on the AC unit with great attention to detail, cleaned the pipes, and provided helpful recommendations to keep the unit running efficiently. Excellent service!

Anthony and Isaiah were friendly, courteous and informative. Very professional men who made sure to clean up after themselves and explain any issues with our AC system. This was our first experience with Armstrong and we immediately signed up for their maintenance plan. I hope to see these two again (my dog really liked them too)

We were EXTREMELY impressed with Armstrong’s service from beginning to end. Starting with Tami, she reached out & actually listened to our problem & immediately worked on getting us scheduled. She was soo kind & can tell she genuinely wanted to help us out. She made a stressful situation stress free! Armstrong sent out their tech Michael Pereira & we are so glad they did! Prior to arrival, Michael made sure to give us a call & provide his ETA. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would & immediately got to work. He was extremely professional, sharp, & respectful! He diagnosed the issue right away & got straight to work. We were VERY impressed with the whole service! He was thorough & explained everything he did in a way that made sense. Truly a 10 out of 10 service! If I could give this review more stars I definitely would! We will for sure be recommending Armstrong to others!

Armstrong staff are always very friendly and professional. Tami in the office is very efficient in getting my appointments set up. Michael and Alex were just here for a maintenance visit and they answered all my questions and took care of everything. Really nice guys! Thank you!!!
