Our a/c had failed us 3 times last summer, so we had been thinking about overhauling the whole thing for a while. When I scheduled heater maintenance around Nov, I met Scott, and I told him about our situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his suggestions without any pressure, which I appreciated. After sitting on it for a couple months, we finally pulled the trigger. Scott’s team was very professional, courteous, and efficient. In 2 days they were able to take apart and dispose of our old furnace, ac, venting, condenser, and replace them all.
