Allen, the technician, was calm, friendly, and extremely professional. What stood out most was how he took the time to educate me on the importance of maintaining my AC unit…not just a quick fix, but real insight. I really appreciate when technicians take a thoughtful approach, it builds trust and helps me make confident decisions. Allen also recommended a service package from Smiley’s that makes perfect sense for long-term care and helps prevent serious issues like pan overflow and ceiling damage. I never leave long reviews.. I’m very pleased with the work and highly recommend Smiley’s for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable, and honest HVAC service. Ask for Allen if you can!

Danielle and his crew did excellent professional work every one of them know what to do. They arrive at home 8:30 in the morning and 4 o’clock that was out of the property and everything is done the actual job very clean very professional. I love the train unit. I cannot get my eyes off The unit on The attic it’s so beautiful and very clean job I like the way they raise the unit above that drain pan and the unit outside. I am about 2 feet away and I cannot hear it if it’s running din know the train units is so good quality equipment, and a company the Smillys company The best in the seven series they give me the best deal possible straight, honest there the Ater Ryan was very honest and polite. I had a great experience with David, the AC service technician. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly with the TXV valve. David took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the system was running smoothly before he left. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for any AC service needs! My house was extremely hot and you can see by the picture I included, he got everything working and my house cool again Thank you again Smiley Family..

Chris and his helper did an amazing job! Extremely professional, and went above and beyond on the installation. Even with our attack ankle biting rat dog running around lol. the level of respect shown, and pride they take in their work really shows. I appreciate y'all getting my house cool again. Now with that said Scheduling was kind of messed as all I got was an email saying the date of install no time. So I am awaken by my dogs barking and them with their truck unloaded ringing the door bell. So far system has been running very nicely for about 3 days. Had an issue the first day where the thermostat just read that the house was constant 80 degrees. Ended up shutting the system down letting it reset, and haven't had that problem since. Honestly though if you need an AC system worked on or installed, I would recommend only Smileys in the 757.

If I could leave a higher rating, I would. Seth came out to access my issue and recommended everything I needed. I went from a Ruud 2 Ton to a Trane 3 Ton. Josh, Shea and Eric were all great! They ran into a few issues while installing my unit but stayed professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Smiley’s.

Daniel and Darron just installed my new heat pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my home. Not only did they complete the installation flawlessly, but they also made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident in the system. Darron went above and beyond reconnecting my drain extension and drip pan. My wife and I had a new Trane HVAC system installed yesterday. Our previous unit was installed in 2007 and was still running fine, but we decided to be proactive and buy new. I had 3 estimates from great companies including my go to HVAC company. Smileys sales rep Wes was professional, on time, experienced, a great listener. And the reviews were outstanding. Our installers were TJ who was a great team leader. Chris ; another experienced Tech and JJ . They covered the floors and stairs to keep our home clean. TJ spent ample time showing my wife how to operate the new thermostat. And Wes stopped by to check out the entire installation. We couldn’t be happier. David and Robin Moore
