Just Air LLC

Just used Just Air LLC for the first time. They were great!! Had an issue with our A/C unit at our house Friday evening, and Bradly the technician was able to make out within an hour. Bradly was very professional and courteous, and fixed our problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Just Air LLC.

One of the most rudest owners. Talks over you when trying to explain the problem. Questioned what I do for a living . Questioned if I have ever worked in outside.. Also the owner Jason hung up on my wife twice . Very Unprofessional Does not want to own up to his workers mistake. Will never use them I will be telling everyone not to use them.

Just Air was quick to pickup and straight forward with sending out a tech and their pricing. Bradly M. arrived not too long after we put in the call. He was extremely patient and kind. He thoroughly explained his thought process and what steps he took to diagnose our AC’s issues. He went above and beyond to help us. Overall, I recommend checking out Just Air for help with your AC needs.

I have been dealing w AC issues at my tattoo shop. Just air was able to get me in with a brand new unit only 2 days after calling. Amazing service! Awesome family owned AC company. Their son Bradly is amazing, super professional. The whole process was no bullshit and straight to the point! I will not be going anywhere else!

I would give them ZERO stars!!!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They did horrible work and don’t want to fix it. The owner James was yelling at me over the phone and calling me a liar!! Calling the BBB on them!!! UPDATE: He commented on my review just as I thought he would. So rude and THEY are the liars! I don’t know how they stay in business like this?! Already filed an official BBB complaint! The stand behind their horrible work!! Don’t use them!! I also forgot to mention he hung up on my twice after yelling at me!! 2nd UPDATE: James just called us and we were actually thinking he was gonna apologize for talking over me yelling at me and hanging up on me twice And not being a professional, but instead, he tells us if we don’t take down our post he’s gonna hire a lawyer and sue us. Meanwhile, he’s on these reviews bad mouthing us lying about us and talking about what we "can’t afford" so basically putting our financial situation out on the Internet for everybody to see. Even though we put a new AC system a couple years ago and also paid for this motor and of June that was not installed properly. We always fix what needs to be fixed. You just don’t do a proper job! I’ll be more than happy to see you in court! We also have wetnesses who heard everything and how he was talking to us!!

The A-Team arrived on time and did a great job servicing our propane fireplace in our new home. Turns out the builder didn’t set it up correctly. These guys were fast, cleaned up the fireplace to look like new, and let us know how to change the flame height and fan speed. We’ll have them back next year. Highly recommended!

I have been having issues with our two rooftop units and had the Just Air team out to do an AC check and they found issues with our ductwork. Bradly was awesome and super thorough. He was able to get things running efficiently again and give me a bit more life to my units. When we need an AC Replacement ill reaching out to the Just Air team for sure.
