Every time I come here the employees are willing to help. Guys like Denis are so helpful and make you find what you need. Thank you. Love IT Giving this an edit because every time I see AJ she is always eager to help customers and super friendly. Love the customer support with a smile. Love IT This local Kroger always has the greatest staff. I met Authur today and he was absolutely vibing. Super friendly and helpful please gave great suggestions. Love the customer service and Love IT Just want to mention Zane who works the front and is always there working his hardest. He keeps the lines moving fluid and knows just about where anything in the store is. Awesome customer service and I Love IT

Thank you to the self check out associate ROBERT ! he was great at his job & quite frankly he needs to be the manager instead, He assisted me with Kroger pay & my digital coupons while trying to get assistance from his manager. The manager SCOTT did not provide me with an explanation of why they weren’t able to honor one of the store prices at another location. I’m okay with the answer being no however I’d prefer an explanation of why or at least direct me to where to get this information. As the manager you should know this information off hand. Scott stood behind Robert , Scott said no & simply walked away.????? I asked for the store policy and he informed me he didn’t have one?? I’m confused Scott. I actually enjoyed Robert’s customer service as he dealt with the situation and absolutely did his job! So this location isn’t bad , the customer service needs work and especially on managements behalf.

The cashier, Jennifer, certainly does not value new customers. I simplify asked how I could get a Kroger card? She replied, " you ask , may I have a Kroger card?" As the bagger looked on and laughed she began coaxing me to form the sentence "May…" Very rude and unnecessary to start our interaction! She did assist with the digital coupon but at this point I already felt that the customer service was horrible. Mgmt please stress to you employees the importance of simple courtesy.

Tonight at 9:20 ish me and my husband were grabbing a few things, and the woman that was working the self check out was incredibly rude and unpleasant. We were in last week as well and had a similar experience with this same employee. Not sure of her name, we honestly just wanted to get in and out because we saw that she was working again.

the management team here sucks. they lock the main entrance to the store 1 hour before the posted time. the signage detailing this is smaller than a license plate. Even when informed of this they still did nothing about it. A completly unnecessarily long walk to the other entrance and the ALL THE WAY back to get to the produced dept. Stupid and bad customer experence. I WONT BE BACK.

Every time I buy produce here it is a waste. Very poor quality and unusable. Always worth the time to drive somewhere else.
