Awesome experience with Lighthouse. My furnace broke down in the dead of winter. I have a small child so fast response and competence is important for me. From booking my appointment to getting my furnace inspected, and repaired the process was seamless. Glad to see some service based companies sticking to the basics of service. Price wasn’t the cheapest.

Boiler and hot water heater needed replacement. I ended up giving lighthouse a shot after dealing with a bunch of unqualified companies. At first they charged for an estimate which made me think twice, but you get what you pay for... they presented me with a piping diagram and got the entire project completed in two days. Ide highly recommended to friends and family.

Very professional staff. I was pleased with how accommodating these guys were when quoting my boiler unit. I called several companies and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Boris and his team. They were very professional from A to Z. I has whole HVAC system installed 4 days ago, 1 day after installation I had an issue of not being able to turn the system off. I a trouble call in and was able to get them to come out next day. Slava, was a professional technician, he can called to let me know he was in route and gave me a eta, when he arrived he had his mask on with boot covers in hand. He listened to the issues I was having, he accessed the system and began to fix the problems, When he was finished he asked what temp I want the house to be set too and explained all that was wrong and what he had to fix.

I’ve been having non stop problems with my heating system. I called it a "furnace" but the gentleman on the phone corrected me and told me it’s a boiler with radiators. They dispatched a technician same day and found the problem. It was just a failed safety which wasn’t an expensive repair. Happy with their response time, and honesty.

We were closing on a house we were selling and we needed some ductwork to be replaced. We couldn't get anyone out during the 3 weeks before our closing date. They were able to fit our small job in and got us taken care of in the amount of time quoted and for the exact amount quoted.
