I returned from a vacation and when I turned my main line water valve back on it sprung a leak. Lowry was able to send out somebody within two hours of me calling to assess the situation. Joe G was prompt, professional, and performed quality work to replace not only my main valve, but also my pressure reducing valve, which were both over 20 years old. In addition, they replaced my water heater expansion tank, at no additional charge. I would highly recommend Joe G for any plumbing need!

Tristan was super professional and very nice. He explained what he was doing and what preventive maintenance was needed to keep our unit running at top efficiency. Lowry has been great from our first contact when we were Looking for a new HVAC unit. They were the only company out of 10 that didn’t try to upsell us to a unit we didn’t need, and explained what was best for our home. They had the builder specs of the home and focused on the current windows and insulation we had added. The installers were experts in what they did and follow up service and warranty has been professional. I don’t feel I am being up sold on anything they have suggested.

Keith is an excellent electrician and problem solver. My breaker box is old and was a mess. Keith got power to my attic and numerous outlets. He is very professional and meticulous. He ran a service line up the side of my house and you barely know it's there. Keith is very personable and I would recommend him for any electrical work. I would give him 6 stars if possible!

Hello. It's Andrew Adorno. Having a plumbing issue is challenging enough for a homeowner. I am happy with my experience with the ladies taking the calls. They are pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and great to conversate with. Also, the technician that arrived at our Easton home was very knowledgable, professional, courteous, patient, understanding and warm to communicate with to discuss the matter at hand. It has been a blessing to interact with the family members.

When my kitchen sink started to drain slowly, I tried to clear it and it worked for a day or so, then it stopped draining all together. I called Lowery and Randy was able to come the same day. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Randy asked questions to understand the issue and then conducted a visual inspection before we did anything else. He checked all the pipes, identified potential issues with the layout and diameter of pipes used, and even looked at the sump pump. We had a good conversation about the process and what could be done to fix the issue. We had an idea of where the issue was, a plan, and an alternative plan, then he began to work. While working he took the time to walked me through what he was doing to keep me in the loop. The job was performed well above expectations. Before he packed up and left, he cleaned under the sink in case some water splashed, gave me tips on how to mitigate future issues, and left me with a folder with additional information and a plumbing checklist I could use. Highly recommend Lowry and Randy.

I had Gavin come out and look at my water softener on a Friday, and he came back out to replace it the following Tuesday. I noticed almost immediately, that he was a very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable young man. He assessed my water softener, and then gave me options at different price points, after I told him that he had the job. He was so nice, I didn't even get a second opinion. I knew that I wanted him to do the job, almost as soon as we talked for a few minutes. As far as the job itself, there were no problems. He was efficient and answered all my questions. And I'm sure there were some dumb ones. He also took the time to clean up after himself. It was an all around positive experience! I already told him, that if I ever needed work done in the future, for something else that might go wrong(knock on wood that it doesn't), I would contact Lowry, and request Gavin to be the guy to come out, and take care of it. I also told him, that as long as you have people like him, representing your company, you should do very well!
