The whole process from start to finish was a great experience! We got a bundle price from Steve that beat all of the other bids we received. Manny and Ariel did a great with the installation as well as explaining/showing us the finished furnace, air conditioner, and how the smart thermostat works!

Absolute best team out there! They were quick, responsive and went above and beyond expectation! Our AC went out on the HOTTEST week possible. Steve and his team were here the very next day! We had to go the weekend waiting for parts to come in, so Steve went completely out of his way to track down a portable ac unit for us to use until his team arrived on Monday. All so we weren't miserable all weekend. I would HIGHLY recommend Luna for any HVAC needs. Not only are they amazing, their prices are WAY better. Dan came out to do a full AC tune up and we had a great experience! He is very knowledgeable and gave us sound advice to keep our unit running efficiently, without pushing services/costs onto us unnecessarily. He was also super sweet to our dog, which always means the world! Highly recommend.
