Stephen Kramer from Mainline Plumbing came out to brush coat my sewer system and did an outstanding job. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but Stephen was also incredibly helpful—he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the process. His professionalism and willingness to explain things really stood out. Highly recommend!

You're true to your word, and I can’t complain. You were prompt, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. We were planning to move forward with your service—even when the initial estimate was close to $5,000, you worked with us and brought it down to $1,800, which we appreciated. We even agreed to add $200 more to move the unit to the other side of the wall—still reasonable. However, the additional $400 charge for an outlet that was just a foot away on the opposite side of the wall became a deal breaker for us. At that point, I started to reconsider and felt I might be able to handle the prep work myself and then have the tankless unit installed separately. Even so, I was impressed with your quick response and professionalism. I'd still give you 5 stars for service and honesty. Thank you for your time and the estimate.

They arrived on time, diagnosed my leaky pipe issue quickly, and fixed it efficiently without any mess. The Anthony was courteous, explained everything clearly, and even offered tips to prevent future issues. I’m beyond impressed with their service and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for someone who knows plumbing inside and out—but also happens to be professional, easy on the eyes and not afraid to get his hands dirty—Mark is your guy. I’ve never met someone who could talk pipes, pressure valves and water heaters… and still make it feel like a casual conversation over coffee. He’s knowledgeable without being condescending, quick with solutions and actually shows up when he says he will (a rarity these days!). Whether he’s walking you through product options or out there doing the dirty work himself, you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right. He explains things in a way that makes sense, doesn’t try to upsell you on nonsense and honestly, he made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. 10/10 would recommend—he knows his stuff, handles business like a pro and let’s be real… being that good-looking doesn’t hurt either
