Marina Heights Garage-Public Parking

Best kept secret for short term parking in Tempe... great location to park for Tempe Town Lake activities.

Hours are NOT 24 hours open to the public, especially on game days. They close around 9 or 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Luckily got there before it closed, a security guard was going around, checking and letting us know. 20 to park on game days

I parked here to go to the Mountainside Fitness gym. There was plenty of parking and not too many cars going in and out- pretty good especially considering it was a weekday after work. The metal decorations on the outside are interesting. They move with the wind, and can be a bit a noisy. Not a fan of when the sunlight hits them and they become blinding to drivers. However, I guess it does help reflect the sun away from cars indoor.

It’s easy to find parking as a guest here. The first two hours are free and there are plenty of spaces. The first level of the garage is reserved for guests/customers. The garage is well lit at night time. Security is on patrol in the parking garage, lobby, and the general outside area of Marina Height.

I've never parked so publicly. Wow. Such spaces, much coverage from the elements, so wow. Just kidding it's a parking garage with a lot of spaces. Go... like... park there or whatever.

Wonderful free public parking. Hidden gem. You step out and there it is, the Tempe lake.

First 2 hours free and then $3/hour, great deal! Would park here from now on!
