Finally, a company with true integrity! Doc did an amazing job installing my ceiling fan. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares about great customer service as well as quality of workmanship. So good to find someone I can trust. I’ll definitely be contacting Matthews Electric again!

Dock did a fantastic job. He installed a ceiling fan and mounted a tv in my home. He came in on time and he did above and beyond. I would recommend anyone that needed any electrical services to use them. Their quote is much better than others, and their customer service is superb. If I ever need any electrical services I would call them again

Outstanding customer service and extensive knowledge of electrical systems. I called Matthews Electric for an outside outlet that wasn't working. Since I bought the house almost a year ago, I was made aware by my realtor that they were the last company to perform electrical maintenance here so I reached out for assistance. Tim was very responsive and went out of his way to fit me into his full schedule to come out to my home and assess the issues. He quickly reviewed and validated their previous work and troubleshot the problem to another issue. By my request, Tim told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it and it worked. As someone who was an aircraft electrician in the Air Force for 21 years, I definitely appreciate his expertise and guidance. I see why the previous owner here called him so much. I'll be doing the same!

Timely and professional! Don't waste your time with the big companies that take a week to come out, get this crew to help you. Tim had his technicians, Dock and Matthew, out to troubleshoot and repair our panel issues. They got the work done correctly and were ready to return if anything wasn't as we needed it. No runaround, just a great local company that earns their good reputation!

First things first, me and my wife only like using local people. We don't believe in paying the price of the name on top of the work. My wife had gone to multiple websites and filled out the initial questionnaire. Champion reached out first, and while the estimation fee was only $29 it was from a call center. We wanted local remember. Tim then contacted us and gave his number, and advised that we could do everything over text if we so chose. I reached out via text asking about availability on Saturday. We discussed meeting on Monday and set the appointment. Tim did a very good job of keeping me updated on his arrival times, by letting me know when he was 20 min out. Upon arrival I gave him the details of the issue and what "may have caused it". Tim then grabbed his gear and wanted to inspect the panel. It took a little bit to find out that the issue was actually at one of the plugs where wire disconnected. He was very quick in fixing the actual problem. He also recommended in changing the actual sockets as one was stuck and would not reset if we needed to and the other was an indoor switch (the actual one where it was fixed). We set up for Tim to come back the same day and complete. Once again very quick work. Though the enclosure for the problem socket was not fitting right. Tim with no hesitation said that he would come back the next day and complete the job. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs and electrician. They are straight forward and tell it to you at face value. While I was skeptical about the Estimation fee, the overall price of the work was under my expectations.

We had a fantastic experience with Matthews Electric. We called Mr. Matthews to get a quote on installing some PoE security cameras. Mr. Matthew’s came out and provided a very reasonable quote. He then scheduled our service and completed the install in a very timely manner. We were thankful we ran across his business and will be using him for any future electrical work needed. 100% recommend!
