Amazing company-- I am so glad we found McCormicks! My grandmother's furnace wouldn't start up, and we needed an honest, trustworthy company to take a look. Meghan and the crew at McCormicks were incredible to work with! They were able to schedule a diagnostic visit in a very timely manner. Robert, the technician, arrived on time, as scheduled-- and even called to let us know he was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix the furnace issue. Never once did we feel pressured into services we didn't need-- nor were we worried about the quality of work. Robert was AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable!!! He checked everything over, diagnosed the issue and was, thankfully, able to replace the broken part same day as he had a new part on his truck. Payment was smooth and easy to do at time of service and prices were extremely reasonable and fair! McCormicks Heating and Cooling will be our family GO TO HVAC from here on out! THANK YOU for the great experience.

Came next day but had trouble diagnosing it Finally said it was probably a gas valve at the cost of $400 for replacement… Way too expensive for me. I even asked for the senior discount and was not giving anything since I’m on Social Security. This was unacceptable. I did not have them repair it

Replacement of furnace and AC unit went very well. the installers were professional and courteous. installation neat and clean. very happy with McCormick's. Would recommend.

So thankful to have found a great company to install a new HVAC system. After pricing comparable units with other companies, they offered the best price, great warranty, and excellent service. Some things I was most impressed with: 1. Professionalism and knowledge of the HVAC technicians: Dan seemed honest, forthright, and genuinely interested in getting the best fit for our home. 2. Automatic notifications and communication: auto reminders to alert you when your appointment is and then again when service technicians are on their way. 3. Follow up from the company: office staff is always so friendly and does a great job following up after service is done. We just finished our complimentary 1year checkup after install thanks to the reminder that was provided. 1 year in and the system is still performing top notch— we have been very happy with the upgraded system. Another note: we had purchased a smart thermostat (not through McCormicks) and they were happy to set that up with the initial system. It’s been a helpful way to track overall system performance. Overall: great product, great service, highly recommend this company!

I rarely write reviews but this is well deserved and long overdue. This is the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever dealt with. Last winter, our furnace kept blowing cold air every now and then making it hard to heat the house. Our home warranty insurance had sent 2 other companies before McCormicks and they could not figure out what was wrong with our furnace.The guy from the second company even lied to the insurance that he had fixed our system and declined to come back when we reported the same problem the next day. Then came McCormicks. Within a couple of hours, they had an accurate diagnosis and advocated for us to get supplemental heat while they waited for our insurance to buy the equipment they needed to solve our problem. When the equipment arrived, they came the following day and they fixed everything within a couple of ours. We had the warmest winter ever. Last week we notified them that we had an issue with our AC. Today, they came in right on time and fixed the problem within no time. I must give a lot of credit to their employer. The workers look genuinely happy and seem to enjoy their work. I highly recommend this very worthy business.
