I've used Mid-City on a couple of occasions now for a hot water tank replacement and repairs to my heating system. Russell and his team are professional, dependable, and very prompt!! He was able to send someone to my home within a couple of hours after my call! Mid-City has gained a customer for life! Do not hesitate to use them! You will not be disappointed!

They did an amazing job fixing my heating and cooling system. when the first technician came the issue wasn't fully resolved but they were able to get someone else out the next day who was able to fix the issue. They had great communication, were timely and knowledgable. would recommend to others.

I called on a Sunday afternoon to have my AC serviced some one returnedmy call within30 minutesafteri keft a message. A technician showed up on Monday at 11:00 am. Morris was very polite, intelligent and professional. I told him about the problem i was having. He explained to me that he was going to look at the situation and offer me alternatives to fix the problem. I understood what was wrong. I made the decision to get the problem resolved. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was given the senior citizen discount. The price was reasonable. I was so amazed and outdone with the services that i had to tell my family any friends about my experience. Mid-City HVAC staff (Thomas Grant and Darius) are phenomenal. They are both consummate professionals! I happened to find Mid-City doing a random online search. I called Thomas at 8 a.m. and Darius arrived by 12:30 p.m. I was able to get a same-day service appointment after making several unsuccessful attempts to get a response from the company that has serviced my HVAC system in for over 40 years. Chicago is currently in the throes of a heatwave so I am beyond grateful that I found Mid-City! Thomas is considerate and communicative, and Darius’ work was flawless. Mid-City is the only company that my family and I will contact for all future HVAC needs.

It's nice to get a friendly person when you have issues for your home. I appreciate Mid-City for that. They follow up when they are on their way. Mr Darius did a great a job of serving our furnace and AC unit.

Spoke with Russell to do a cleaning and install a vent to my boiler system. He was professional and communicated when the job would be complete based upon part fulfillment. The Mid City crew came in and knocked the job down in less than a day all for a fair price. Russell after completing called to say he wanted to add more clamps to the vent to guarantee stability. This was above and beyond the scope of work, and I appreciated the extra consideration. I highly recommend.
