Michelle in service is amazing! She made the experience of having my repairs done seamless and enjoyable! She wants to make sure that you, as the customer, feel like part of the Mini family. She organized a loaner and she even helped me organize my windshield replace WHILE my service was being completed. This woman goes above and way beyond.

OUTSTANDING! The most enjoyable car buying experience this family has ever experienced! Marcus Sero was our Sales Associate and he showed as much excitement for my daughter as she did buying her first car. My daughter arrived to all employees clapping and a beautiful bow on her car when she came to pick it up. Marcus spent quality time showing and explains all the features. I have been back one time after my purchase and before I could get out of my car he was right there greeting me.
