I have literally never had a phone call actually answered out of dozens. I have repeatedly left voicemails clearly indicating the topic and a number to reach me as instructed and only a single time have i received a call back. I simply cant understand how operating without answering the phone and never returning the messages is acceptable.
Beware of this horrible place. They diddnt refund my money don’t answer phones and just don’t care. The lady sounds rude to.
I have been calling for MONTHS trying to reach someone about licencing and have not received a call back. I've left numerous messages. Ridiculous.
