I have to say everyone in that company was amazing from Sofia, Lia and Zion to the workers who did the tile the plumbing and demolition both my bathrooms came out beautiful. I am so happy and satisfied and I am not the easiest person to work with. They were so patient with me thank you so much for creating my vision. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

MGS did a great job with my windows / doors replacement , my patio and fence projects. Their salesman, was knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. The job manager, was also awesome too and very responsive to all of our questions and requests. His team of workers were polite, efficient, respectful and incredible hard workers that were perfectionists. the foreman of the job along with his team worked long hours every day to ensure the job was done to perfection, and he and the team achieved that. We have recommended MGS to friends and family and will continue to do so. It’s nice to know that there are still great contractors in South Florida!

Issues occurred with poor workmanship and MGS does not respond or does not want to face the repairs. Countless calls have gone unanswered as warranty starts to run out. I didn’t spend thousands of dollars for faulty jobs. So that the reader knows, I tried to reach Leah multiple times but my texts and calls went unanswered. I’m fed up with the lack of professionalism, and since insurance does not cover this issue , I know that a lawyer will.

Modernize exceeded all my expectations with their backyard project! From start to finish, their team and the project managers demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They transformed my backyard into a stunning oasis that I never want to leave. The craftsmanship and quality of work are truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the project was perfect. Communication was seamless throughout, and they were always available to address any questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Modernize to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space. Five stars without hesitation! Definitely I will choose them for more project to come!

Don't let these people in your house!!! I had plans to redo my kitchen and was talked into doing several upgrades. I agreed but with each project there were 2-3 new faces. They sent ONE PERSON for the ENTIRE KITCHEN which took almost 1 month to complete. They gave me wrong measurements for the refrigerator and I ultimately had to get my cupboard chopped in half. Because the fridge was too large. Mind you....... Their actual MGS staff came to inspect the completed jobs and looked at the fridge, but was so consumed with being rude and insist that documents be signed prior to completion that he did not see that their was an obvious problem. Their communication abilities are NON-EXISTENT!!! They ignore calls, don't follow up as they say. ***ICING ON THE CAKE *** I wanted a tankless water heater system. They charged $120000. MONTHS AFTER I was told that wouldn't work. They FORCED me to settle for a traditional heater then included a washer and dryer for the same price. Washer and dryer was $1800. Overpriced....Rude.... Unprofessional....They are extremely nice when they want your business. Do your research.

Working with Ella from this company Was a very delightful experience. definitely would recommend!!!!!!! she was very attentive to needs, wants and any issues that arise.they did quite an amazing job on The projects on my house I am beyond excited for the transition in the upgrade She has such a Great personality!
