Great customer service from the people over the phone who greeted me nicely and gave me updates on technicians arrival. Tony was the electrician who serviced us and was transparent and asked questions and was able to discover the problem quickly. He was courteous and professional and we appreciate the help! Cost was pricey but expected since everything is pricey now adays and covered by home warranty.

After scheduling an appointment online to resolve an preexisting condition, Tommy arrived on time, proceeded to identify the problem and fixed it in a very timely fashion. he was very professional, personable and respectful.
