Karter was my tech today. He was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had very good communication skills. He had to get on my roof to clean my drain and it did not take long at all. After he finished, he explained to me options to cleaning the drain further by using water jetting to clear out the sludge build up. My drain is working great and I am very pleased.
