M&S Green Power Energy Inc

In 2019, my parents installed an new insolated roof on the house, that cost $28,986. In February 2024, we contacted this company, M&S Green Power Energy, to install solar panels, & the disaster started. They got certified by the city of West Park & Broward County that the roof is in perfect conditions to install the solar panels. After the installation of the solar panels, leaks started appearing in many parts of the house. They started sending 4 different people that had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They made a mess on the roof, putting patches & materials that shouldn't have been on the roof. We had to contact a contractor for them to come in and take down the dry wall in the house inside my parent's room, the dining room, & the kitchen. This process took about 8 months to fix. 8 months that my father was paying for solar panels about $341 a month & a bill from FPL that ranged from $550 to $620. Finally, they brought someone that was competent & fixed all the leaks. However, it took them 2 months to once again reinstall the solar panels. The solar panel would then work for only 4 months & a half. At the 5 month mark, my father received a bill from FPL of $580. We call the company again, & we asked if the solar panels were working & they said "yes, they were working." My father had no controller for the cost because we had no experience of how to work the devices. We call FPL, & they let us know that the solar panels weren't working for 3 weeks by that point. We called M&S again, & they said that there were problems with the internet in the house. They charged us $550 to have someone come here & fix the internet to the solar panels. 2 different people would come & they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The 2nd person recommended us to download the app solar edge, but the app showed that the solar panels weren't working. The same person would tell us he would come back the next day to fix the issue. 6 weeks would pass, & no one came. We contacted again M&S multiple times, and every time we called, we were told everyone working there would either be in a meeting, or on vacation. Finally when they answered, they said the problem was on the solar panels, & said we had to pay $1,300 for them to send someone to come & fix the issue. My father paid the company that amount, 5 weeks later, a bunch of rookies came in once again. They would proceed to disconnected all systems, all the panels were split up all around the roof, electrical boxes disconnected & wide open during the rainy season. We called M&S once again, & they said the solar panels were producing power the whole time, with no connection at all. They also said that the person in charge was out of the country, & that they will give us an answer when they come back. FINALLY, a week after receiving the news of power being produced, they sent an angel to the house. Someone who was extremely professional, & knew exactly what he was. His name was Philp, and he's the only one that deserves to be named, seeing how the other people brought here were unprofessional, or clearly had no idea what they were doing. He knew the problem & resolved the internet connection in an hour, & the installation issue in an hour. My father called M&S again, & had a conversation with a real piece of work, & blamed ME because I did some change in my internet account. I honestly scratch my head at how this company has such good reviews. This company is a scam, & you should not contact them for any work at all. In the 2 years of them installing solar panels, the solar panels only worked for 4 months & a half. Edit: You guys don’t have record of us? You don’t have a record on the mess you made at 104 Clifton RD, West Park FL, 33023. If you don’t have a Philip in your company, then you certainly don’t have Sarah, Mordecai, or Issac there as well. You guys don’t have the decency to admit your mistake & lie to keep the "good image" of your "company."

A few months ago representative came into my Neighbourhood offering solar panel system to save on my electricity bill. I agreed because my bill was constantly high. I thought this was a good idea at the time unfortunately, when I realize the agreement was not what it seemed I attempted to chancel I was told if I did they would put a lien on my home so I felt forced to go along with the contract since the system was installed in April. I have yet to see any improvement on my FP&L bill. I have contact company many times, but I’m constantly being referred back to an answering system. no response no phone calls no emails nothing from them so now I’m stuck with the solar system that’s default which I have to pay for. I’m still paying a high electric bill. This company is no good.

Had many quotes from many companies and I am glad I went with M&S! Michelle always kept me updated with my project and it was completed in a timely manner. I recommend M&S Green Power to do windows and doors!!

I would like to thank this company for the excellent work and service they did while fixing a serious construction issue with my roof. The repair was done in a timely manner by very skilled professionals. The service delivered as promised, top-notch service overall from the beginning to the end (including preps and clean-up) and it was a real pleasure to deal with the staff of this company. I can’t thank enough the owner and his staff enough for their expertise, kindness, and professionalism. Would highly recommend this company for roofing works!
