​I had an extremely poor customer experience today, which resulted in me leaving without making a purchase. I needed assistance looking up the correct battery cables & oil filter for my RV. The employee who helped me, named Mike, offered no real assistance and maintained an unprofessional and dismissive tone throughout the interaction making statements like, 'I don't know what you want me to do about it.' Because of his unprofessional attitude, I walked out and bought the parts I needed at a competitor. The management needs to address customer service training with this employee, as his behavior is actively costing the store sales.

They were pretty busy when I arrived . So I got to watch George deal with a couple customers before me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . It took him a little longer to get around to helping me, but it's because he really took the time to make sure everyone a head of me was taken care of properly and not just rushing us all out the door. Which i very much appreciated. When it was my turn , he gave me the same attention to detail and high quality service. George slaps!

Mike with store 71 was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with information on a very niche type of ATF. Highly recommend this store.

Absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman in an auto parts store is difficult enough with guys ignoring or judging me but Jason was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming over from Portland just to have fantastic service like this!

George was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. Couldn't have asked for any better.
