He also cut through the BS gimmicks and gave us an honest assessment of what our home's needs were and provided his professional recommendation on our best solution. He took the time to do a full analysis of our energy usage habits and then designed the most efficient weighted ballast system for our home. Drilling mounts into our flat roof was a concern for us due to the risk of leaks but NERD Power had a solution with their special flat roof mount that requires no roof penetrations! The entire process was so easy and we couldn't be happier with the finished project, including an upgraded electrical panel!!! Our average monthly electric bill before solar was well over $300/mo. The first LADWP bill we received after going solar was $45 for 125 days…this is ridiculously amazing!!!! The only reason it wasn't $0 is because LADWP charges a $10/mo grid connection fee for solar customers. Feels great knowing our energy needs are covered for the next 25+ years and we are doing our part to reduce our carbon emissions. Simply, amazing!!!

I chose Nerd Power to go solar because Brandon was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered my questions, educated me and walked me through the whole process prior to and during the project. They installed a 28 panel system and their install crew was efficient and quick. I am waiting on the city to approve the system so we can turn it on and start saving!! Definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Amazing experience with NERD Power, highly recommended!! Brendan Ganch was so knowledgeable, honest, attentive and so easy to work with! He came with his team, installed a 22 panel rooftop solar system with a 25yr warranty and it is now up and running. It just took a little while for the City of Burbank to approve the permits. We are still waiting for our first post-solar BWP bill to arrive, but so happy with the work and professional installation and equipment choices. The system generates full power as I can see in the application and on the production meter. Brendan and the NERD Power install team also added 14" of insulation to our attic and resealed all of our air ducts with a special sealant, much better than duct tape or zip ties. We could immediately feel the difference in terms of comfort. Check out the picture I included!

Nerd Power is absolutely amazing! We installed solar at our house and immediately started saving on our power bill, which honestly we could barely afford til we installed these panels. Worth every penny of the incredibly fair price of the system. Brendan Ganch was our rep. and he was simply wonderful. Walked us through the whole thing, did everything he said he would, and was WILDLY helpful when we eventually sold the house and needed info for the new owners. Couldn't possibly recommend Brendan and Nerd Power more!
